Our leasing fees for office and retail properties are 6% of the lease value of the initial lease term. Our Property Management fee is 10% of the rent collected for all property types and the property management agreement can be cancelled at any time with a 30 day written notice. We understand that investors have choices and that we have to earn our client’s business every day. We don’t use a complicated contract to keep clients, we use hard work and results.
